How to download mozilla firefox on my mobile?

HELP!! Mozilla Firefox 4 won't download at all!?

• I was going to update my Mozilla Firefox 3 to a 4 & only got up to downloading the "Firefox Setup 4.0" & when I double-click it, a pop-up error shows this: "Windows cannot access the specific device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item." I have uninstalled my Mozilla Firefox 3 as well & tried to download it, but it still won't work. I tried downloading it from Internet Explorer & Google Chrome as well, but it still won't let me download it. What should I do? Please help me, thanks! I tried updating my Internet Explorer from the IE browser & whenever I click DOWNLOAD NOW, a security alert pops-up saying: "Your current security settings do not allow this file to be downloaded." Help me out?

• Answer:

  If you have Internet Explorer enhanced security component installed, uninstall it. If you don't or still get the error, try running the setup file in Safe Mode. Try disabling your firewall/antivirus program if it still isn't working. The file may also be blocked, right click the file and select properties, then click on 'Unblock'. If NONE of this worked, then you may really have permission issues, right click the setup file and select 'run as admin', also make sure your account has admin privileges.
