Can I buy co.uk domains?

  • I am not from UK.I heard there are restrictions on buying .uk domains,but I just want to know if such restrictions exist for co.uk domains or not.Are co.uk domains open for registrations only for UK citizens and residents? Will co.uk drive more traffic to my business site if I am targeting UK customers than a .com domain will bring?
