How do I find my bookmarks?

How can I find a page I saw or getting my bookmarks back?

• I had to reinstall Firefox about a month ago. I had lost all my bookmarks when I reinstalled. I need to get one back and I am not sure how. I have tried googleing it find a way to get it back and the way they say doesnt go back far enough, i dont know if it is because it only goes back to the installation date or what? So is there a way I can just look on my computer for a list of websites I ever visited. I did look under my history but it only goes to this month. I need farther back then that. Is there a way to do that? Thanks. It is really important

  first try this From the Firefox menu bar go to Bookmarks > Organize Bookmarks to bring up your bookmarks manager. click the top button that says Import and Backup. Next, select Backup. This will bring up a “Save As” box where you can save your bookmarks to any location. Make sure you leave the bookmark as a .json file too. Since Firefox 3, this is the type of file Firefox uses for backups. If you wish to export your bookmarks as an HTML file, go to Import and Backup > Export HTML. That will give you the more traditional .html backup. if problem solved then ok other wise you have to restore ur computer go to Start- to All Programs -- to Accessories-- System Tools---Click System Restore---Follow the instructions on the wizard to bypass future inconvenience try it Foxmarks extension backs up your bookmarks online (you have to create an account at Foxmarks website). You can see all the bookmarks at your Foxmarks account online even if you are away from home. install Foxmarks extension.
