How do I use Twitter? What can I do?

• Okay so this is an incredibly stupid question, I know, but I don't know how to use twitter. My aunt who is like 49 said : If you like write about things you should use twitter and she kept talking about it like she knew absolutely everything about computers. So now I have an account, but I don't know what to do next. Seriously my aunt knows about this, but not me. That is embarrassing. I am usually good with computers so I should learn quick enough. Just please tell me how?

  On twitter, you basically post about what you're doing, going to do, and what ever else you would like people to know and see. You can have followers (ex: your aunt) who would get these posts directly on the homepage once they log in.
