How to contact people from pharmacies?

What is a good way to get in contact with a lot of people very, very quickly?

• So we have this clan online that is starting to get a decent size. We already have places to chat, post general information, places for people to post to each other, etc, etc, but no good way to quickly contact other players. I mean, we can drop stuff onto our facebook page or Steam group, but there is no guarantee they will be on either. So here is where my question comes into play. We want a way to quickly contact all of the people at once to inform them that things are going down. It feels like a group twitter account may be the road to go, but I've never personally used it and aren't familiar enough with its exact abilities to know if it would work. Ideally, we would want anyone to be able to access this account and post they are going to do something and if anyone would like to join. In theory, people should be able to reply in kind. Twitter came to mind because I know it has the ability to forward to text, work via program, or work on mobile via app. This means people can choose if they want to see it, when they want to see it, and how they want to see it. Seems perfect. But again, I don't know the specifics of Twitter...can multiple people use the same account to do all this? Would I have to require EVERYONE to get their own account specifically for this? Is there a better program that would accomplish the same thing?
