TIme Warner Internet HELP?

Time warner cable wireless internet??? PLEASE HELP?

so i just had my wireless internet installed today and it keeps disconnecting by itself??? this might be due im guessing to the crap products they brought me??? these things are not new. the router has a bunch of scratches and looks like someone dragged in through the sreet. is this ok??? shouldnt i have of gotten new products??? oh and i called customer service and they said they would replace it but i have to drive to my nearest time warner office??? what kind of crap is that? what can i do???

Wtf? No u don't ..they get there lazy *** to you because ur the customer ..and they install it lol ....u should tell them..and if they r being a hard *** about switch companys ..lol... :P hope I helped
