How To Click A Button In A Popup?

Why does nothing happen when I click on a button on a popup.?

I have a "Terms of Agreement" that is poping up and asking me to "Agree" or "Disagree". I am able to click on the buttons and they press down, but nothing at all is happening.

What browser/program is this happening to? If a browser, I say use its default popup blocker. If using Firefox, use its default along with the addon NoScript. Also grab the freebie Spybot to check for any baddies. If this is a valid screen you want to be clicking on, contact the vendor and tell them that it is not working for you.
