How Can I Get People To Visit My New Forum?

  • I just created a new forum, http://www.nbaplayersforum.com and it seems difficult to get new people to start visiting, registering and posting on it. Where would be the best place to advertise this? I have google adwords and other campaigns to get people but nobody is registering or staying on the site because there are no posts or threads created yet.
