Can I scroll ScrollView programmatically to a specific position?

How do i position things in my website?

• i want to position a table in my website and i don't know how to i try to position it using relative,fixed and absolute but when i scroll down in my screen my table scroll down too and the web-page width increases. please if there a website you can refer me that could teach me more about positioning please feel free to drop it down.

  It depends what you use to create your site. If you use front page? It is really easy to set the alignment, the position and the width of the table. What you need to do to position your table in fixed position: 1. Highlight your table so all your table is going to be dark and right click. 2. Click on the table properties 3. go to lay out 4. go to allignment and you can select where you want to align your table 5. go to float and you can select where you want to float your table 6. Click on the table properties again 7. go to cell property 8. go to horizontal alignment you can select where you want to align your cell table 9. go to vertical alignment. You need to select TOP to make your table stay on the top and do not go down whereever you go on your table. This selection on number 9? will make your table stay on the top.
