I can send emails from the webmail page on Virgin web site, but I can't recieve them. My incoming mail goes straight to Outlook express. This is fine, but if I want to check my mail while I'm away from home (or on someone elses computer) I can't, as incoming mail does not arrive to my virgin account webmail??? I don't understand! Please help!!!

Answer:
You have to set up Outlook Express as an IMAP account. You probably have it set up as a POP3 account. See if you can change it. I dont feel like explaining the details, so if you want to know why, google: "difference between IMAP and POP3"
