Banner won't show up on tumblr?

I have the theme Blink and It's Over and it lets you upload a banner. Whenever I click on the upload button and select my picture, the default text is still there. It's really weird because after I select the picture a button that says clear comes up next to the upload button as if my banner was there, yet it doesn't show up. If anyone knows how to make it show up please tell me. My tumblr is hurryy-up-summer.tumblr.com and you can see at the top it says (1) Message From The Ocean in the default text but its telling me in customize that there's a picture there.

I Have The Same Theme. (DaisieDukes.Tumblr.Com) You Have To Go To Customize Then Scroll Down To Logo. Then, "Upload" And Upload The Banner. Hope I Helped. (:
