How do i get rid of the number of tweets i have, after i deleted them all?

So, i wanted to delete all my tweets, so i found a website that did it. It got rid of all 17,000 of my tweets, but where it says how many tweets you've tweeted it never went back to "0" it stayed at 17,000 even though all of the tweets are gone. & it wont go away. how do i make it restart. If that makes any sense? & i dont wanna have to delete my tweets again.is there like a website though tht resets the number of tweets back to "0" ?

That happens to me it's just loading. In a few days or hours it'll go to 0. It's loading
