Offer the webmaster money, that'll get his attention. Just make sure you keep a record of all your sent and received messages so you can bring them to civil court if he doesn't keep his end of the bargain. I would also consider taking the person who hacked your e-mail account to court if you can prove that s/he did it.

You will probably get no chance of the webmasters of any pornographic site to remove an image of you. Try emailing again and this time say you will be taking legal action against the site for using images without your permission. I would contact the police if you get no joy giving them the url of the image and let them deal with having it removed. I would stop saving any images of yourself on your email account to prevent the problem happening again.

I'm not sure you can do much about this unless you are under 18. Appart from the hacking into your email part, I am fairly sure that is illegal but I'm not too sure a right lot would get done even if you reported it.
