I cant open internet explorer.

Cant open internet explorer or gmail or anything...i can only browse through internet explorer 1st version?

whenever i download any type of file..it just gives me a error or the download doesnt complete.. I even downloaded internet explorer 7 and mozilla firefox 3.0.5 but then when i open it it gives me a error saying "cannot connect to the webpage" and even gtalk doesnt support this...PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WOULD BE REALLY THANKFUL FOR YOUR HELP!!!!!

Do you have any Firewall? else your PC/Laptop must be having Virus. try to Download AV tool from below site & run in Safe mode if possible. http://www.mwti.net/products/mwav/mwav.asp It will show you if ur PC/Laptop has a Virus. Clear it, restart it & try same which want to download.
