Why can't I read page on the Internet?

About internet page? ?

  • i have a problem with my internet that when i open any web page it is opened like if you rotate it 45 degree. i don't know if you could understand the problem but it's not a web page as usual you need to move your head to left to read it. can anyone help. please appreciate that.

Well if the internet opens up even if this happens this is not a internet problem. I can guarantee you your monitor is going to go out soon or this is a corrupted .dll file
