My site is messed up on Internet Explorer but on my test site it looks fine on IE whats wrong?

When I go to my Website it looks weird and everything is in the wrong places or shifted over. When I view the site on my test site it looks fine. On Firefox everything looks the same on both my regular site and test site. What could be causing this? And how would I fix it?
