How do i undo making Internet Explorer my default web browser?

Why do when we open a page in internet explorer it opens in other browser like mozilla firefox?

  • recently when i open a page in internet explorer it immediately open that page in other browser like firefox ..so how do i overcome this?.. Additional Details i set mozilla firefox as my default web browser.when i go for online registration ,it says that page will be best viewed in internet explorer 6.0 or higher.so copied that address and paste it on internet explorer address bar.but the page again opened in mozilla stating the same error.wat i have to do without changing my default browser from mozilla. i have three web browser other than explorer i am using.but when i open in other browser like opera it open in same opera not transferring to mozilla firefox. please anyone give technical reason..this internet explorer irritate me..

    If you set Mozilla as an predetermined browser, the links will open automatically in that browser. Don't give a chance to that message saying it will be best viewed in Internet explorer, that is not true.OK? Just look at the acid3 proof. If you want to stop that you have two options: 1)Reinstall Internet explorer, putting it like the preterminated browser. 2)Unnistall the Internet Explorer. That's it. Good luck=) I hope you give a solution to that problem. I prefer Firefox than Internet Explorer, but i don't know whst do you think, so.... that is, i hope u like my answer

You have to choose the internet explorer as a default browser in the internet profile settings then the problem will be solve

becoz u had choosed Mozilla as a permanent browser ,that is y its happening to stop this select internet explorer as default browser

that heppent me too:) some reason it just did that :| but i prefer firefox more, so it didn't actually bother me :) actually i used opera all the time ^-^'

because mozilla is your default search engine.change that into internet explorer.

Keep only one browser and maintain that only to have access to all the search engines. That would solve your problems!
