Web browser wont connect to router or internet?

  • my web browser wont allow me to connect to my router which is hard wired or the internet when i type in 192.168.1.1 nothing happens browser stays blank cant get a home screen or nothing but when i connect my laptop to the ethernet cable it works fine i have tried everything the self diagnostic says there is an error on 192.168.1.3 which is the computers ip address i have pinged the loopback address which is fine but cant ping 192.168.1.3 any help would be great

    There will be a reset button behind your router press that and see your router manual for configuring it again. This should work.

1st Restart ur router 2nd check the cable which is connect to router from u r system 3rd check the browser it may be in work-offline. better use mozilla firefox 4th check u system firewall which is the main reason ... 5th check the virus ...there r some virus which u not make u to connect the router..
