You need to use a proxy. However if they really want to block you they will also block the well known proxies, so you need to get a new one every few days or weeks. Try this for now: www.hideme.eu It's new so most likely not blocked.

You can use a proxy. Simply type in the word "proxy" in google and choose a website. When you are on the website, type in the name of the website you want to go to, in the box that is on the screen. It will take you to that website without it being blocked. However! Some schools block the proxies themselves, so you may have to either find a proxy that isn't blocked, or go into the control panel and tamper with things in the internet options or firewall, as somebody already said.
