Can anyone help me make some short poems please (little history knowledge required).?

    Trail of Tears. At gunpoint they took us, proud Cherokee, into the unknown, from our homeland, out across the forests and prairies, to a new land. In the westbound, we found no good food, no good soil and no good future. Hope now abandoned, pride now forgotten, we wasted in the squalor of the sand. O.K. it sucks, but full of details about the "trail".
