I am totally dumbstruck. I cant decide whether I like it or not. But just to be safe, I would say no. Nobody wants their kid to be made fun of and as parents you should try your best to prevent that. Giving them a unique (and possibly strange) name is not the BEST foot to start on. (What I am about to say might sound weird (and possibly offensive) but that's just the way my weird mind works) I tried to imagine a girl who would "look like a Shayne" and all I can imagine is an insanely pretty girl. SO unless you have a way of guaranteeing the gorgeousness of your child when they're older then they might not be able to pull it off.
