How can I improve my endurance while skiing?

How do i improve endurance during and before running?

  • I'm a 14 yr old girl and I'm starting my basketball season. We have to run a lot of sprints/suicides and stuff during practice. It's embarrassing because I am one of the last ones to finish, and my coach always yells at me. I want to improve my cardiorespiratory endurance so i can be faster, and not lose my breath as quickly. i do have asthma, and my legs are pretty thin. would my inhaler help at all? medicine? what should i do to get better endurance (i have very little time because of school) and what should i do during the runs to breathe easier and keep going? thanks everyone who helps out

breathe through your nose and out your mouth. Since you have asthma, what you should do is run at high elevations to get rid of it. I had asthma. I ran at high elevations and I can breathe without an inhaler. My friends and family were so proud of me not having asthma anymore.
