Are there other ways to make money through blogger besides adsense?

• I just started using youtube and blogger. I don't expect to make a killing or making my sole income off it but figure if I can make even a little money doing something I'm doing anyway and something I enjoy why not. I know lots of people use google adsense. Are there any other ways of placing ads or making money through blogger? Also, I dont have adsense yet. My question is can anyone sign up or does your blog have to be up for a while or you'll get declined? i want to apply but if I should have a decent amount of posts before applying I think I'll wait. Just want to know if everyone is automatically approved or if I should wait a fwe weeks and post everyday and then apply. Also interested in knowing if theres's otehr ways of making money besides adsense.
