What other things might they be looking for at the same time? Test a variety of adwords and optimize your landing page to match the keywords. It's hard to test this in advance of the season - people tend to only want custom decorated Christmas trees at Christmas time, and seasonal businesses like this either have to make it in a really short period of time to survive the whole year, so get started now, and make sure you run all the ads you can afford starting right after Halloween. Be ready to turn off any ads that aren't productive in terms of driving actual customers. And your watchword is test, test, test.
