Amazon's release-date delivery?

Has anyone used Amazons a-z claim against a seller?

  • Hi everyone. Ive been in a whirlwind with amazon and USPS about a a order i placed.. Sadly, the seller was a real scam artist! Gave me a tracking number, so the package would be considered shipped according to amazon, when it really hasnt AND set the est. delivery dates far apart so I wouldnt be able to file a claim. Luckly, i was able to file a claim since the seller refused a refund, like promised, and never replied to emails. Now that the claim has been filed, will i be able to win this? May be a real dumb question, but it happened to be a large purchase- about $1000 so im paranoid as can be! The seller also scammed about 20 other people as well! Thanks for the insight.

    Yes,you should win. Also,call Amazon. If they don't help you,if you paid by creditcard,file a dispute with your creditcard company.
