• Hi, I am in the situation of having to sell my Gold Coast business, home, boat and car to move back to the United Kingdom for family reasons. I have lived and worked on the Gold Coast for 10 years and own my own business - bluejet41.com.au Alot of people would like to relocate to the Gold Coast and gain employment, this Business provides a great income, great lifestyle and nice steady flow of work. The problem i have is trying to work out the best way to sell the Business as the markets are quite flat. What would be the best way to sell my Gold Coast Business, locally, interstate with a broker? Should I try and sell my Business and House together as a package?
