How to make telephone to the company ? and what should i say to sell our product?

• i am now working for a construction company as a sales, my job is to sell our company's products do you know to what kind of company should i call to ? and if i call to those company for sales , and whom should i talk to ? the purchasing manager ( as our products are for the project) ? can anybody show me the dialogue between the sales and the client as an example?
