I'm a new avon representative, do I get discount ordering products for myself? & how much?

I'm a new avon representative, and I've been searching for how much discount will I have if I order avon for myself. Most people say it depends on the amount of order ex: $25 - $144 20% $145 - $284 30% etc... but what I don't get is, is that the amount of MY order, or the order I'm placing from all my customers ? For example, when I'm going to place an order for avon and I get a $150 from my customers, THEN I will know that if I place an order for my own I'll get 30% discount? Or if I want to buy a product worth $150 I'll get the 30% discount? Please help...I'm really confused, and I want to know. thanks!

avon should be like tupperware,or smc.the people that sell,should be getting at wholesale prices,and selling retail.if not i would work for avon.
