Hi, I have an interesting niche Blog, but I don't really know how to promote it or advertise it, any advice?

Hi guys, it is a niche blog about dating in NYC that i know would get a small following but since this is my first blog I am not really sure how to get it in front of people so they would read it or follow it, any advice?
