I cannot pay for my ebay item.

What happends if you dont pay for an item on EBAY?

  • Hi i without reading stupidley bourght somthing accidently on ebay for £25 on friday i contacted the seller and he wont respond to any of my messages, i left like 5. its been about 3 days and i havent paid for it and he didnt dispatch it. here is what i said.     Your spelling is atrocious! Lol The same thing has happened to me in the past - I accidentally bought a dummy BlackBerry phone =| I opened a paypal dispute in the resolution centre, and within about a fortnight the money was refunded back to my account. If you log on to Paypal ASAP and click resolve a problem, you'll be guided through what exactly to do. Just make sure to list the reason as opening a dispute as 'cannot contact seller'. x o x o

If he can't even reply to emails, especially when he has obviously been on Ebay, then he isn't a very good seller and i would suggest not buying the other item off him. As for the one you clicked to buy by accident, just leave it and see what happens. You have tried to contact him ,now it's up to him to do something. Keep a record of the emails. If he opens a dispute for you not paying you have proof of attempted contact.

since he has not answered your questions most likely he will not let you buy the one you really want. this makes him kind of a crappy ebay seller. do not pay and see what he does. (he owes you some kind of answer.) or offer to pay for his listing fee, since he will have to re list the item. but my main point is - he owes you a response first.
