How should I advertise an online magazine?

I have just opened up my online magazine, J3 magazine, a month ago and it seems to have gathers quite a little attention. Its a graphic design magazine for young artist. I already have 10 subscribers and I'm pleased with the progress. I want to find out how to advertise to a larger group of people. I don't know where to go to let people know about the magazine or what I should do to attract attention. I feel I have a good niche, but I get the feeling that it needs more.
