  Dear Sharif Bhai, Marketing Management is management of all aspects concerned with the Marketing of the Product or Service produced or offered by the Organization. Many people get confused between Marketing and Sales. Let me tell you that there are three important ingredients that contribute towards a product being sold to cutomers : 1) MARKETING 2) ADVERTISEMENT 3) SALESMANSHIP Marketing is all about identifying and catering to the consumers of the product. This is why surveys are conducted. Surveys are an integral part of Marketing strategies as it helps in identifying the potential demand for the product. There is a continous research and development taking place so as to identify newer needs of the same product so that the organization is able to tap demand from people of all age groups, all regions and tastes. Advertisement is actually an announcement to the potential market and the already existing market about the availability of the product. Salesmanship is an art of selling the product to the customer through dealing with all the queries and doubts of the customer about the product. Thus the salesman has to be well informed about the product and friendly in approach because the customer will finally rely on his word to buy the product after being convinced by the Salesman.
