Help with communication to a local small business.?
-
How should I communicate with a business that sends invoices two years late? After much research, I found the majority of the invoices are correct. I am paying these now. Some were previously paid. Good communication skills are needed at this point with the letter I am enclosing.

Answer:
Since you are paying, I would just let it drop. Maybe this is an exception to the normal billing. You admit that the bill is owed and you should have known that it was owed for the last two years, so you are both to blame some. Let it be and just pay it.
