How do I get a permission to use copyrighted music for my advertisement?

• How do I know what companies to look for? and how do I get in contact with the company or the artist for permission? I know you guys want me to just use it, I'm afraid of lawsuit I never ever break someone's copyrighted infringements my friend was caught for hosting movies on his site and demand to be shutdown because the company that made the movie will lose it's revenue from free streaming site. I dedicated myself to create a website where people could watch movies and tv shows or listen to music for paying $0.50 and $18.45/month.Companies will not lose their revenue and people are giving respect to the original creator.I have already receive 2 companies willing to give me their permission to host their movies and the new upcoming movies going to be aired so I can have half of the power if I see movies on Youtube I have the rights to have it down. I'm working on a commercial to get media attention I paid $5,450.000 for someone to make me an advertisement video and the person making the video ask me what kind music should I use I pick "Maroon 5 - She Will Be Loved" because of the movie I'm using for the commercial.   I was looking into this for a soundtrack to some videos I was producing for YouTube. I stumbled on Jam.com and found their music tools easy to use and I was surprised by the quality. I took music lessons as a kid but I am no where near an actual musician able to play instruments at ease.
