Exercise bike. Which is best under $150., and are they good for...?

I was planning on getting an exercise bike to get back in shape little by little. I figured that this would be a good way to get back in shape because when I was little I used to love to ride my bike. Also, is an exercise bike the best way to get back in shape? I just want to take this one step at a time.

i dont know which is best for under $150 but i know they're all good and work on the same things like they help you tone you butt and thighs and help you get a more fit stomach
