Why does my face always get so red?

red face caused from many reason - acne under skin - vein broke under skin - use too many facial cream that contain sterioid - squeeze too many pimples do broke more vein on face too I used to have red face and got tease a lot ... i have exactly the same problem what I find helps though is to just ignore the fact if gone red and carry on, it normally goes quite quickly, its just a part of teenage years, we are all more self concious and so our body reacts in ways we arent even aware of and have no control over. It may be something to do with confidence so maybe join a drama group and sports team to help you gain confidence. You could also try a lighter foundation on your cheeks it may hide it a little bit.( if you are a girl of corse) If someone says to you "youve gone red" either say "i know its really hot isnt it?" or "I think im coming down with something i keep getting a temperature and going all hot!" another thing i do is if they laugh say "thanks for pointing that out, your flies are undone" they go red "Oh, youve gone red!" it gets them everytime Good luck (:
