How To Get Rid Of Abuchak?

How do I get rid of the bump on my nose piercing?

  • First let me say that it is NOT infected!!!!! I have been taking care of it very well and the hole itself is healing nicely. But like 2 weeks after I got my nose peirced a bump started to appear right inside of one side of the hole. It's hard to explain where the bump is but if youve ever had it you know what I'm talkin about. First I thought it was a pimple but when it didn't go away I inspected it alot closer and realized it was a blood blister! Gross right?! So I started doin alot of research about it to try and find out whats causing it and how to get rid of it and i found out that a lot of people get that horrible bump but alot of people had dif reasons for why it appears and how to get rid of it. Some people said that it means your nose is infected (NOT true in my case!) Some people said it's just your body rejecting the peircing and that it will go away later. Some people said it means your allergic to whatever metal you have in the hole which is supposed to be impossible in my case too cause I have a surgical steel stud. So idk what my bump is from or how to get rid of it but I'm willing to do almost anything to keep my nose peircing so please tell me your opinion of what the problem is and most importantly how to get rid of my nasty blood blister bump. Thanks

  • Answer:

I had that for the longest time. I used Naked Oil, which helped a little bit not alot. Turned out that I was reacting to the PLASIC jewlery they had pierced me with. Messed up right? I would suggest you changing your jewlery to something else (if possible). If it doesn't go away after a week, then go to your piercer and ask.

I have had my nose pierced 2 times and that happened to me to the first time I got it done You have to take the nose stud out for the bump to go away if you want you can put something small like a toothpick (cut to fit) through your piercing to keep it and after apply a mixture of hot oil and turmeric powder on it 3-4 times a day thats what i did and it worked perfectly but putting n changing the toothpick hurt to much for me so i just took it out n got it redone again half a year later. answer mines please :) http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AvkQkKNLqoj7J2RtBuZPtCrty6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20110417154130AAZOS7W
