Body Odor. What to do about it. Even if you shower,use deodorant and cologne.?

I shower i use soap . I use liquid deodorant soap. Both in the shower. I use 2 deodorants. One roll on and then I use spray. My clothes are clean...I wash them after every use with soap and softener. And still I'm told I smell of Body Odor. Please help me with this most embarrassing and humiliating situation.

My uncle has the same issue, he showers in the morning, as soon as he goes to the gym in his lunch break, then showers there, showers when he gets home and then again before he sleeps. I can also suggest shaving all body hair, using anti persperent instead of deodorant, and using a strong cologne with certain scents, like oud for example, which pretty much overpowers all other smells except rotten fish :)

From your name I'm assuming you're a guy, right? I think having b.o. as a dude is ok. I've actually liked all of my boyfriends' smells so yours is probably not that bad either. I think you should accept yourself because most likely it's not even all that bad. This is just your body's natural smell. It probably has to also do with what you eat, how much water you drink and how much bacteria is in your body. Why not use over the counter clinical strength deodorant? That might help you. Or if you need something stronger go see a doctor and get a prescription strength deodorant. The more extreme measure would be to get botox in your underarms (as some celebrities do) as that will inhibit sweating. But like I said, I think you should relax and just accept yourself.
Buy the prescription strength deodorant from the stores.... And another trick: If you're in a bind and you think you smell and you can't get to a shower, use alcohol-based shaving cream under your pits!!! This is a trick I learned from someone working at the hospital who was used to dealing with stinky patients....
If the odor isn't coming from one specific area it could be the foods you eat. Is there one particular food that you eat all the time? Try changing your diet.
put baby powder where you sweat, or where Oder come out(pits,back,etc) and then put on deodorant,cologn,etc
It's evident that you just have bad B.O. I lot of people do, including me. The solution is: shower every day, use deodorant for your armpits and cologne for the rest. Change you clothes as frequently as possible, if possible every day. If not possible, given then a go in the dryer with a freshener sheet. Do anything you possible can to be clean. If you sweat a lot, all the more reason. If that doesn't work and your concerned about it, then you should consult your doctor and see what they suggest. Hope things work out and that I helped! :)
xD Well, do you change from work out clothes to day clothes? Try Baby Powder, I think that's supposed to help and soak up moisture.
