Is tongue piercing bleeding normal?

• My tongue has been bleeding during the day, and its not a lot of blood, but it does bleed enough to hide the ball. It is only at the top and seems to be ripping. It was piercing in a funny angle and whenever i move it it burns... I have been washing my mouth with salt water, and taking asprins. Have i been doing something wrong? I dont play with it, although i do try and stick my tongue out at times. When i eat my tongue ring gets stuck and like I said, I think it's ripping. I am too afraid to take it out and will not be going to see my piercer for another week and a half, maybe even two weeks, There is no bruising because he didn't use clamps. I have been icing it time to time and it isn't too swollen. It's been bleeding all day today.

  Your piercer probably pierced it wrong. Go see another piercer and ask them what to do, because that doesn't sound like it should happen :O Because I know that there's supposed to be swelling after it gets pierced, but if it looks like it's ripping, then there's a problem.
