  • i like finding new ways to use home made recipes for your body. i didn't know this worked and my friend told me to look in to it. i tried one for my nails and hands and it worked wonders. i'd like to learn more noe so if you know of any please make a suggestion. also if you could include how long to leave in or on and how much of these things i would need that would be super awesome. i tried to make one for my face not to long ago with out knowing how much of what to use and it went all bad. thanks for you time to reply, if you have any questions i could possibly answer for you let me know

    You can transform our dry skin into a super smooth, soft, supple, and glowing skin by using these home remedies. 1. Mash a banana with milk and apply on face and leave it for 20 minutes. Wash it with cold water to get a skin that will glow. 2. Apply honey on your face and neck for 20 minutes. Wash it with cold water. Your skin will glow and become soft and smooth. 3. Mix egg white with honey and apply on the face for 20 minutes. Wash it with cold water. 4. Make a paste of one teaspoon of walnut powder, honey and lemon juice. Scrub your face with this paste and leave it for 20 minutes. Wash it with cold water.

Try using mayonnaise. Apply a generous amount to your hair, wrap your hair in GLAD Cling Wrap. Leave on for one hour, while your waiting make sure you have a towel around your neck and a junkie shirt on, because it will drip on your shirt and pants. Do this twice a month for six months, you'll be amazed at the shine, softness, and texture of your hair. When you wash it out use TRESemme deep cleansing shampoo, wash it twice. Then wash it twice with your regular shampoo. This is an awesome conditioner.

For Shiny Skin: A. apply almond oil./ olive/coconut oil. for minimum 30 minutes or more. more the better. take steam facial. scrub it with lemon slice.let it dry wash with lukewarm water. B. drink lots of water. warm will be the best. green vegetables.. some exercise. C. once a week tomato + ginger juice on skin. dab it . let it dry for 20 minutes.. wash with warm water. apply aelovera juice/ olive oil/ almond oil few drops. try these normal methods and feel the diff. same for feet. For Healthy Hair: a. healthy food . no junk or fast food stuff. some times u can take it but not on regular basis. good protein diet will be good. popcorns, groundnuts, soya proteins etc. etc are good natural proteins. b. some physical exercise i.e yoga or even jogging in ur home itself as it improves blood circulation to all body parts and also to the scalp area. c.take 100 ml. coconut oil add one cap. of vit. E 600 mg.u can puncture the capsule to squeeze vit E in coconut oil. apply regularly on ur scalp & massage with finger tips on ur scalp & now let it be there for minimum 2 to three hrs. apply oil in good quantity so that every pore of the scalp & thread of hair is properly oiled. make another lot of oil+vit e again.pour oil with a dropper or small spoon on ur scalp directly and then give ur scalp a gentle massage. u can extend massage on ur face and neck, arms etc also. squeeze 2/3 lemons and apply its juice on ur scalp & hairs. massage it thoroughly. let it dry properly. very important. rinse your hair properly with little warm water. u can use any good shampoo in very small quantity , after rinsing hairs with water.. if u can do it daily no probs, otherwise do it at least twice or thrice a week. time has to be given to control this prob. if u r in India: start taking Trifla powder ( put one tea spoon in a glass of water and let it soak overnight, filter the mixture , heat it a little & filter it and drink it in the morning) or tablets ( 3 to 4 tabs together available from Zandu company. good co.)) at bedtime daily. take lots of water. u can also take vitamins & mineral tablets like from Roche company one a day i think it is Supradyn tabs or Zincovit tab once a day for 15 days. some iron tabs like fefol for one month, if ur a female. try the above and u will have full control on ur hair fall. 100%. yeah one more thing when u will massage ur hair with oil, all weak hairs will be fall . must not panic. Its normal. Weak ones will go and make place for strong ones. Don’t use hair dryers ( hot air) pls.

Hair: olive oil + massaging \\ lemon then rinse after shampooing for shine face: cucumber on eyes + yogurt\honey mask feet: soak feet in salt and hot water then scrub with a luffa sponge wash with warm water then apply moisturizing cream and massage. skin: drink 8 liters of water \\ eat vegetables and fruits. hope i helped :)
