Whats a Good way to get rid of Pimples and Blackheads?

1) eat lots of fruit and veggies, and cereals high in fibre. i noticed that when i was taken multi vitamins, my acne cleared up very quickly. i don't take multi vitamins anymore coz they are kinda dangerous, so eat fruits like strawberries, oranges, cherry tomatoes, SALAD, lettuce etc. 2) steam your face. take a bowl of boiling hot water, cover your head with a towel and steam your face for 2 minutes. OR just take a hot steamy shower, very good for pores (you can also exfoliate or wash your face with acne cleanser in the shower since your pores are open. 3)wash your face with warm water, and rinse with cold. 4) drink water, and fresh fruit smoothies 5) get plenty of sleep 6) clearasil products are really effective and they cleared up my acne. 7) find a moisturizer that you can put on at night time to moisturize your face, acne products really dry out your skin, find one, put it on at night and apply acne cream over it. 8)also, if you have oily skin, and you have to wash your face often, buy a gentle foam cleanser, the don't go for that "tight squeeky clean" feeling after washing your face, coz that'll get you more oily 9)exfoliate, find something with small beads on it and use it in the shower once or twice a week. blackheads take time but keep exfoliating regularly 10) after you wash your face, always apply your moisturizer AND acne cream on it.
