Does Clean and Clear really work?

  • HI im 11 years old and suffer from acne. its not REALLY bad but i do want to get rid of it. i have like 5 regular pimples and a lot of little ones and a couple of blackheads. all of the pimples are on my forehead and the blackheads are on my nose. ive already had my first period and im expecting my 2nd any day now but i no that its gonna be off and may not get it for a while so please dont lecture me about that. so i have used oxy pads for about 1 year but it doenst really completly clear my acne but it does help becuase when i run out i can defininity see a difference. i switched to clearasil about 3 months ago thinking it might help. but it didnt work as well os oxy so i am now switching to clean and clear. i bought the morning burst which made my face really smooth but didnt help with my acne. i thought since it did help in a way that the acne treatment stuff might work. so i bought the daily pore cleaser ive used it for 2 days and was just wondering does it really work. please dont give me a stupid answer like its different on everybody. i already know that its true but i want to know did it work on you. it makes my face feel really smooth. also im thinking of buying the clean and clear advantage acne spot treatment. so if u use that could you also tell me about that. thank you

well it does work im 11 too but i use the pimple blocker pen it works also i use the nutrageuna ultra wave i works really good so try that hope it helps

i get blemishes aswell, so what i recommend is 'biorre blemish fighting ice cleanser' it has salicyc acid in it, which helps clear away acne & prevents it from coming back.. & at nighttime neutrogena spot cream which clears away pimples overnight. hope i helped! :)

I use neutrogena acne stress cleanser, and that works pretty well. i used the daily pore cleanser and i think i remember that it worked, but after a couple weeks it made my skin pretty dry/irritated. i would recommend using that in the morning, then maybe something more gentle at night and using the acne spot treatment at night after washing and then using a gentle moisturizer. it sounds like a lot, but that way your skin won't get too irritated. overall i think i like neutrogena products the best.

Lol,i am 11 and i also have a zit, it is a small one. But i still wanna get rid of it! it's under my lip. so i am using what answers two said. ance washy thing. it is getting smaller. or you can pop it out. the spot stays red for two weeks.

ok yeah, didnt read the novel... but i have really bad acne too. and i use acne free. its like a walmart version of proactive. and it works really really well. my acne is completely gone! the only thing is that it dried out my skin a little. but i have used clean and clear... it didnt work too well for me.

hey I'm 11 too! I have a few pimples and I use Netrogena (i think thats how you spell it :P) anyways it is called "oil free acne face wash) it is like in this clear bottle and the stuff is orange with like a pump thingy. and it removes my pimples AND makes my face smooth :) hope I helped!
