Is there any surgery to help stop re-occuring nose bleeds?

I just got my nose pierced 2 days ago and it bleeds alot. help?:(?

• so as i said i got my nose pierced on saturday which was 2 days ago. the girl who pierced my nose that day didnt have any of the regular piercings you get when you first get your nose pierced so she put a normal stud in. and I think this piercing is really small againts my swollen nose. like the stud itself is pretty much in the hole and she told me to come back on the 11th and she will put the regular piercing in. ANYWAY. its been bleeding alot since i got it done. its not like to the point where messes up my clothing or whatever its not that much but it bleeds enough to cover the whole piercing and im pretty sure it bleeds more on the outside then the inside. like that saturday after i got it, it didnt bleed but the next morning i woke up my entire piercing/whole was covered in dry blood so i cleaned it. whatever. and it only bled a little bit after that then it stopped. same thing happend when i woke up this morning. the piercing was covered in blood. so i cleaned it. it lasted until like 11:30 am. then i noticed it was covered in blood again. it did that about 3 or 4 times today so when i came home from school i cleaned it with anti bacterial soap and then sea salt water and then soaked it in for 15 mins.through that whole cleaning process the bleeding didnt stop and after the soaking i wiped it off with more sea salt water and it finally stopped. im going to my piercer tomorrow to let them know whats up but is it suppose to bleed the first couple of days? cuz when i had my monroe done it never bled this much.. idk if its getting infected but i've been cleaning it pretty good since the day i got it pierced. and yes i have touched it a couple of times but i didnt like grab the piercing and turned it/twisted it. i would just basically touch around the piercing. could it be that the stud is small? because like i said the tip of the piercing is basically in my hole because the girl didnt have any more of the regular ones you first put in when you get it done. please help D:
