Can you tell if this scab is older than 4 days old?

Had a scab on my face. Is it gonna scar?

• I cut my nose about a month back and it scabbed. i very rarely touched the scab and after a few days the scab came off while i was showering. initially when it came off it didn'y leave any mark at all but now after about three weeks there is this dark mark remaining where the scab used to be. i know this probably sounds like no big deal but it is really bothering me. has anyone encountered anything like this before? I cant tell if its a scar or just some skin that still needs to be healed. don'y you normally have to mess with the scab for a scar to form? any thoughts would greatly be appreciated. Thanks guys

  If you dont touch it, it definately wont scar. I wouldn't even put anything on it, just let it heal itself and it wont leave a mark:)
