How to get great healthy skin?

I have bacne and a little acne on my chest and shoulders. No one is perfect I now but I have been working on making my skin a little better. Also my legs, I have random red dots or maybe it's just me who see's them. But I also get random pimples on my thighs? What are some great ways to get healthy looking skin. Great summer skin? obviously I have a while before bikini season but I want to work on it just in case it dosnt work as quickly or need a different solution. my skin can be very sensitive at times! I was wondering what works for you or what you have heard works for others? Thanks

Prevention Tips: 1. For oily skin use aloe Vera gel (original) in place of your daily moisturizer. 2. Exfoliate using St. Ives scrub/exfoliator (once daily if skin is in good condition, otherwise every 3-7 days) 3. Use "Bactine" on breakouts or all over face during breakouts. Avoid eyes. Feels great too! 4. Take Zinc vitamin during break outs (immune system and hormones can be a cause for breakouts). I'm a female, prenatal vitamins help me when my immune system is down. It's simply a good dose of vitamins every now and then. 5. Don't stress! Leave your face alone until nighttime. Take care of only white heads or pimples that are ready to be popped, then do the routine listed above and tell yourself that your face may be red but it will look better in the morning. 6. Buy a pimple popper, I really don't know the correct name but its metal and has two ends that are differernt sizes. You can place the center hole over the head of the pimple and press....it works on even the toughest pimples. 7. Wash your hands before touching your face 8. Consider your room temperature at night, do you sweat? This causes acne for me, especially on my back. 9. Change your pillow cases at least once per week, no fabric softener when washing, maybe use a dye free/fragrance free detergent as well.

First change your bed sheets. Your skin spends a lot of time on them. If you really want to change, also sleep on some fresh clean towels (sounds weird, but it DOES work) every night. Put it on the pillow and the bed where your shoulders are.

OK try out milk and other product along with curd and blend of honey and aloe vera. Or you can use some great tips and remedies that are available online, i use some of the remedies and it really work. I had bad acne , some spots and marks but i tried few remedies and it really work.... Check out this to know more.
