How do i get rid of this really bad puffiness under my eye?

How do i get rid of my eye puffiness?

• Last night i was reaching for my bag at the top of my closet, and my camera fell out and hit me rite underneath my left eye. Now it look like a have really huge bags! I put ice on it but it still looks ugly! If i keep icing it, with it just go back to looking the same as my other eye? About how long will it take? I'm 13, btw

  I read this in a book about beauty. Wash a teaspoon and dip it in ice water and then put it on your eye for a minute and a half do this however often you need to. BTW. You might want to use the same spoon and throw it away if you can or sterilize it with hot water in a teapot.
