Has anyone had a successful surgical removal of a keloid?

Has anyone successfully removed keloid/hypertrophic scars?

• Or at least minimized them quite a bit? I had chicken pox when I was 12 and it left an ugly raised pink keloid scar on my chest below my neck and my back. I got some sort of shot on them a couple years ago, which flatted it but they returned a few months later. They hurt sometimes and are really ugly so I feel uncomfortable wearing low cut shirts or tank tops that expose my back. Is there ANYTHING I can do to get rid of them permanently?

  I have a lot of scars on my stomach and back - Bio Oil dramatically reduced these scars and completely removed most of them for me. It is a little bit pricey with one small bottle costing around $20 (at least where I live) but it is so worth it and a little goes a long way. Hope this helps :) Good Luck!
