Does getting rhinoplasty (nose job) require me to get implants in my nose?
-
i'm really wanting to get rhinoplasty done and i'm looking up all the information i can on it. i pretty much know alot of the details such as the process of what happens during rhinoplasty, but i was wondering if there's a way to get the job done without having implants (silicone, gore-tex, rib cartilage, ear graft) put into your nose? i'm asking this because my nose is already tall/high, i think i just need my nose rasped because it's a little too tall and it literally looks like a birds beak haha. would i require an implant even though i'm wanting my nose to not be as tall? i'd prefer not to have implants, but if i do require them i guess there's nothing i can do. i'm really looking forward to my new nose!
