What are the red bumps on my toddler's face?

How do i get rid of these little blackhead bumps on the side of my face and cheeks?

my face is pretty much clear except for these little blackhead bumps on both sides of my face by my ear and eye brow and my cheeks. I could literally sit here all day and pick the puss out of these little bumps(i know, its gross). I wash my face twice a day with neutrogena oil free acne wash and use a very light oil free moisturizer after. i am very good about keeping my face clean, i just can't seem to get rid of these little blackheads and its messing with my mind.(I know the products i am using arn't causing these bumps, they have improved my skin tremendously). Any help on how to get rid of these little bumps would be much appreciated
