if you are below 19 years old, it has nothing to do with the food. your problems might be caused by the hormones and because you are growing up. they will disappear after you will reach 20 for sure. in the meantime, try washing with a lot of soap and don`t use to much body lotion. in europe there is also a creame called skinoren.

okay if it's an overnight thing then i would say toothpaste but if your just wanting to take care of your skin on a daily basis - a scrub and sunblock
